My opinion, from my observation when a country has nuclear arsenal at its disposal then no other countries will dare to mess with that country. It is the same as having weapons in space, once a country has weapons in space, no other country will mess with them. Right now, it is a race of who will build the space weapon first, China, Russia and the United State are the only 3 countries competing each other, one is the dollar currency, the other is Brics. The US must at all cost defend its dollar dominance and its police of the world. Tragically, the US currency can be hinder if Brics gain the upper hand.
