They haven't shown signs of aggression yet, other than clear acts of war by human standards, like jamming of radars, cameras, and disabling entire nuclear launch facilities entirely wirelessly (source: The US Dept of Energy). That doesn't mean they don't pose a threat. Kind of like finding footprints in your house despite locking your doors or seeing shadows in other rooms, but never actually finding the culprit.

The released UFO footage is a hoax. The technology behind this is called LIPF (Laser-induced Plasma Filaments) and it is under development for over 50 years. Soviets had similar “toys” 30 years ago. By changing laser modulation, plasma shapes could be created at the distance, preferably in infrared spectrum, to fool heat guided rockets. Of course, they could be emitting visible light and even disappear (into non-visible spectrum), move at great speeds (laser) and form random shapes. Pulsating came from lasers, which was visible on the footage. The most interesting thing about LIPF is the ability of sound wave radiation, e.g. audible sound transmission, demonstrated with a human voice in the lab. The potential of fooling the masses with flying plasma orbs or triangles, talking in human voice and than disappearing is frightening. And media is used to spread the deception! What a shame! Aliens are real but what the government is doing has almost nothing to do with actual aliens, it’s about complete and total control and the best way is to stage a fake alien invasion in order to scare everyone into begging the liberals and government to protect us by any means necessary.
