Lauren didn't have a clue about these legends, probably never heard even one track by them. My favourite band of all time, 5 amazing musicians in their own right, but together were unbelievably good, and influenced so many later musicians. I feel blessed to have met Jacqui, what an angel she is.
Its not psychedelic haha, but good interview, what great music they made, fuck i remember when i first heard them, absolutely blew me away, the whole band, they deserve more credit over in the Uk without a doubt.
I remember seeing pentangle at the isle of wight festival on the sunday in 1970, and they were good of course. I also saw the festival hall concert they referred to, august 1st, and unfortunately it was the last time I saw bert jansch.
