Pentangle are supreme, supreme I say!

The best of the new trad folk boom from England. No other group comes close. Steeleye is amazing and the mighty Fairport are one of the best bands of all time, but even they are no match for Pentangle. A group of musicians who are magic to hear, simply the best.

Bravo!! My most favorite music, turned on to it at 12yrs old and they've never been topped. Style? Don't neglect the avantgarde jazz impressions .

discovering this band is the highlight of my day. Amazing something like this can just be swept under the rug and I'm just now finding out about it!

5 AMAZING MUSICIANS ....

Their music seems to be enjoying a revival. Maybe because the odd set of instruments (electric guitar with wah-wah, banjo, guitar, jazz bass and drums, with a 15th century voice, fitting together beautifully. At least i know I'm enjoying it all over again.

The Set Of Six is a great presentation of the songs from the upcoming album Solomon' s Deal. The versions here are superior to the album in my opinion. Love John' s white Telecaster and Jacqui' s singing as always and this is one of Bert' s best songs. Reflections on a life after the bands break-up. Love to all Pentangle fans out there from Sweden. ❤
