This is a terrific lesson. Opened up so many options for soloing. Another aspect of my study of jazz beautifully explained by the master. Great teacher. I keep saying that because I’m getting it and believe me I’ve tried a few times and given up so finding Tony has been a gift.

I really love the sound of the c maj pent over F major. Specifically the descending pattern it seems to be made up of descending 4ths and 5ths. Such an amazing sound!

Wow, I'm glad I stumbled onto this video. Ive been learning Jazz guitar for a long time now, but sometimes learning Jazz concepts from other guitar players can be confusing... I don't know why. When it is explained on piano and I can follow along with the chart it makes it easier for my brain to process. Amazing lesson!

These are really terrific videos and I keep watching them in the hope that I will start to better "speak" the language of jazz.
