As a performer I like it way more when the crowd is going nuts like this audience of which I was a member. A screaming crowd means they like what we're doing. It means we are affecting them like we intended. It means they more than appreciate it; they love it. Aside from that, it destroys any nervousness we might have at the time, meaning we get more into, meaning it's better.
