By the way, the Japanese essentially is a warning stating that the pencil is not supposed to be used with the lead protruding. The idea with the Orenz system is that the lead stays inside the metal sleeve, and the sleeve slowly retracts as the lead is worn down (so just a tiny, tiny part sticks out, and does the writing), thus protecting the lead and preventing it from breaking. It seems Pentel have some videos online showing how it works. Your video was really useful, will be buying one of these. Thanks!
