Russian journalist Elena Kostyuchenko has survived a poisoning attempt and managed to evade a Chechen hit squad, but the attempts on her life have not dissuaded her from becoming one of the the most outspoken voices of the Russian opposition. She has just published her first book, "I Love Russia", which she wrote while in exile abroad.
