The thing I have been saying would be nice is if BET went back to showing HBCU football games. Maybe not weekly but get the major ones: Howard v. Hampton, Bayou Classic, a few homecomings. That would be nice.
I could definitely see “The Boondocks” covering the Kendrick Lamar/Drake beef…& they’d do it WAY funnier than any social media content creator could ever attempt, might I add. I could see Huey & Riley fighting over who’s better. Riley would more than likely side with Drake, initially but then hop aboard the K-Dot wave, once he drops “Not Like Us”.

Aaron McGruder needs to start a fresh so he can completely own everything with the boondocks and make a spring off show called boondocks:family ties or something like that just so we get HIS perspective of what has happened over the years with hopefully a few family members and there "perspectives"!! It would be legendary. Boondocks especially the seasons his hands are in will always be a classic!

I imagined one on homophobic stigmas. The episode has a child accusing Gangstalicious of sexually assaulting him and Gangstalicious spends the whole episode trying to get Huey and Riley to help him clear his name. This whole parody people's stigma around sexual orientation only ever taking sexual assault and pedophilia more seriously if it is centered around homosexual people. In this episode, I juxtaposes it with Hiey foing to meet his favorite poet, only to find out a very surprising end that will have Huey questioning his morals and his loyalty.
The Boondock was and is one of the all time classic adult animations. No doubt they would have a field day lampooning the current events. Rodney Jones looks capital Gay AF, not sure he should be completely trusted even though Diddy absolutely guilty....
