People 'Caught Misbehaving' at the first White Castles in AZ

STILL AN HOUR WAIT? Jeez when will this hype die already? (So I can get mine in 5 mins)

I work as a consultant in the food industry. What no one notices or fails to talk about is that the franchise owner is being the biggest cheap SOB on the planet. Making White Castle sliders is pretty simple. The franchisee could of rented one or two extra food trucks for the day or week and cooked some of the burgers on the flat top grilles in there to get the mass amount of customers in and out. But no, they used the regular kitchen which is not setup for that much volume and had customers waiting very very long, hours even, for food. A kitchen can only produce so much at one time. Yea it would of cost more for the food trucks and the extra employees but it would have been a great customer experience. However, they do not care about your customer experience or how long you wait. Its sad.

This is right across the street from my office, I've never seen lines this long in my life. We plan on waiting a couple months before going for the first time.

So glad I live in the Midwest and literally 5 minutes from a White Castle. Love them sliders!!

Uhhh...it's White Castle...the Taco Bell of burgers. I don't understand this.

Not legal to stop on the street like that, at least in WA. Cops In Bellevue moved everyone along about 5 years ago when a Chick Fil A opened.

This is not the first White Castle in Az. go back to the early 80`s ,down to horne and broadway in Mesa. The Building is still there. its now a Mexican food place.

I suspect there are ZERO White Castle Restaurants in Nuttyfornia because this state is NOT business friendly. :-(

first and last time i ate at one of these nasty places was back east about 30 years ago, food was disgusting made Subway look like fine dinning

They could have made their own custom burgers on a grill & had them eaten by then.

1 hour for white castle,nope I'm going to Burger King or McDonald's or taco bell.not worth waiting a hour for those sliders.midwest you have to wait about 5 minutes depending on which restraunt you go too.to much hype for a ok food.

Yuck ..... White Castle. Terrible flavor! My first White Castle was in Detroit! Maybe it was the location, but I’m not willing to try!
