Such things were not possible 30 years ago, and a hundred years ago would have been seen as nothing short of miraculous. It seems that the human imagination leads the way here - first it is imagined, then believed and then made real - which then in turn becomes the next launching point into the more wonderful still... this is surely proof of the central place of the mind - the horizon seems limitless...

Imagine if humans devoted this much time and effort into new inventions/revolutions/exposing corruption/ecovillages etc.. we would have paradise on earth... instead people focus on sports and meaningless activities /entertainment. Implying that none of these trick shots or anything is a form of art and not a sport. Humans have been doing these sorts of things for *centuries*. It takes a genius level and a mind of understanding yourself and what you can do, to calculate just exactly the right way to do these things, and in doing so, we test not just how far the human body can go, but how far we can push our technology. As an artist, and a former ballet dancer, I can deeply appreciate this form of human expression. This is how they express themselves. Let them express without shooting down the artistic side of our minds. Besides... what have YOU done to change the world for the better?

Why so rushed up? I love the concept and all, but it's my impression that most of these stunts were severely cut short on the Edition, which is all the more regrettable when we all know that YT has NO time limits. Please notice that just allowing one or two more seconds to each scene won't kill the video's 'rhythm', at all! Cheers!
