It looks like a place where common people go to drink at least something delicious in a day, you can't denie such a tiny happy moment to them. Mostly of this man are probably papa's and grandpa's who work to bring food to their houses. All the best for everyone and may no one get sick 🥛

I'd love to try this. Our laws are too strict, it's almost impossible to find fresh milk that isn't pasteurized. This looks so delicious. And that fresh cream mixed in? My mouth is watering.

The rush itself certifies its quality. But i think it's time to rope in some kind of system for catering to the customers. Giving them token and then making them to come in queue may make the task easier for the customers as well as the staff.

But your response to a Pakistani was totally different than what you are saying to a NON-Pakistani. First the milk man add cream of the curd into steel glasses. All the curd is put into a drum where water and ice is added in it. Meanwhile Little amount of curd is put into the mannual lassi making pot (garvi) to mix it with sugar separately. After dissolving sugar this mixture is also poured into the drum. Now the lassi is ready in drum and poured into glasses where cream cream is already added.
