I do it with instagram. My life is much better, but reduce time on RU-vid could help me a lot, but the only olace that I practice my english is here, so I will reduce for only 30 minutes

… ok then stop? Get rid of RU-vid and find hobbies that take up most of your time. Like reading, research different topics you find interesting via books, take up a sport, or ect… or if you don’t want to give yt up completely then timers for yourself to turn off yt and reward yourself when you follow the timers (only really applies if you have difficulty not following alarms) find crap to do.
