9:12 The contents of a truck is supposed to be on the floor of the truck. That is where two massive steel I-beams and several smaller support beams and several inch thick wood panels support the bottom of a trailer. the walls and ceiling are only made out of wood and aluminum(and sometimes plastic). it's only there to keep the contents out of the elements. so when you hang several tons of meat from the ceiling the wood and aluminum is not going to support that weight. I'm honestly surprised it made it that far. What they were supposed to do is put in steel frames on the floor to hang the meat from.
