People Mutate Into Horrible Creatures Survive in a Radioactive World For 219 Years 

n the middle of the twentieth century, people hide from nuclear attacks in huge bomb shelters, where they set up a semblance of civilization. After 219 years, Lucy, a resident of one of the bunkers, decides to go outside and gets acquainted with the Badlands, a brutal world where humans and mutated creatures fight for resources and survival.
