People's Park in the Sky originally known as Palace In The Sky is an abandoned mansion located in Tagaytay City.
It was built in 1981 under Marcos administration. It is situated on top of Mt. Sungay, the highest point in Cavite. The mansion was initially planned to accommodate the US president Ronald Reagan in 1983 but the visit did not happen and the construction was canceled.
