You teach us the easy way to save time and even tell us for example so that easy for us to understand like "fork". TQ 💞When I watch other video I will think,they should follow your method so they can save time too. It's easier.😅

I debated making a Peppa Pig cake for my daughter's second birthday, but finally settled on Minnie Mouse instead. This is really lovely and true to the series. I had to laugh about the frog staring into your soul. 😂

Your cakes are always stunning! Most of the cakes on these tutorials are 7”. My question for you, how tall are your cakes after they are layered and ganached?

So detailed. Great work as always 👍🏼 Wondering if you have any tips for air bubbles underneath fondant? I know I live in a hot climate, but what do you do in your hot summers to prevent those nasty air pocket bulges?! Thanks! x

Thank you! I have an acupuncture needle to hand to pop them and squeeze the air out. As they are super fine its easy to buff away the tiny hole :D x

Hi! I dont consider toppers to be edible anyway as they often contain support, or they are made from modelling paste which is too hard to enjoy really. They are always intended to be taken off, and a lot of my clients like to keep them as ornaments x

Help Tracey. I am making this cake for my friends daughter and I'm having a problem. I cover my cakes with renshaws fondant, but one minute after it is on the cake the fondant goes wet and shiny and my smoothers stick to the fondant so I cant buff it :( nobody in tutorials ever seems to hav this happen. What do I do? The ganache or buttercream underneath is always solid and set before i apply the icing. Its gettin me down. Please help xx

Hey!! Are you covering the cake when it's cold? (from the fridge?) this is usually the top cause of sticky cakes!! They have to be at room temperature when you cover them x
