We just went to Peppa Pig back in February just 4 days after they opened!! It was so bright, so much fun and had so many neat places to play!! We loved all of the rides and absolutely loved the fact that they had so many areas for the kids to rest, such as the cinema!!! My kiddos wanted to stay in there most of the time 😆😆😆!! My kiddos laughed at me most of the time because I was quoting all the characters the entire time 😆! Definitely a 10/10 for our family!!

Crazy enough, your comment about vending machine in the shop greatly helped me (line was long next door for food and I need sugar - diabetic. Walked right next door and got a soda.) Was glad I watched your post as I "knew" what and where things are here. We live in Land O Lakes and will definitely return for Legoland when grandson is ready. 👍

That’s fantastic. So glad we could help. Peppa pig is definitely perfect for that ages group. Our daughter also loved Legoland at an early age. It tends to be pleasant that time of year. Plan to have a light jacket for the evenings. We usually only have a couple of cold days in January and February and that’s about it.

Bring your own lunch-lots of water. Also, September can still be sweltering hot, so purchase a stroller fan. Additionally, it can absolutely dump buckets of rain, so ponchos and umbrellas are highly recommended.

Just what we needed! Someone with a experience at this park. Planning a birthday trip here next month. Any other tips for meals and tickets? Is a stroller needed for a two year old if occupied through the day?

Good questions. For meals, we recommend planning to eat somewhere other than the park. Our experiences with dining at both Legoland and Peppa Pig were challenging. The park is actually not super huge, which was another reason we found it to be perfect for toddlers. Vivian did well walking from attraction to attraction, so we only took the stroller for our baby. For tickets, consider using the affiliate link in our description for UndercoverTourist.com. Same tickets at a discounted rate (which, this park was already really affordable we thought).

They’re located close to one other so you could easily walk back and forth between the two, but I don’t think that you could easily do everything at both in one day.

We have never done everything there is to do at Legoland for a toddler in one day. Peppa Pig is doable in one day. We wouldn’t recommend doing both in one day. We find that our three year old needs free-play interspersed throughout the day (playgrounds, jungle gyms, and splash pads) and downtime in the middle of the day. She seems to have more fun when we go at a more leisurely pace.

We did it after lunch, so you could potentially do it in a half day and do the Waterpark in a half day. We tend to schedule light for our toddler and preschooler. Keep in mind that, to enter the water park, you do have to purchase Legoland tickets as the Waterpark entrance is in the back of Legoland.

The muddy puddle milkshake is good $10. The line moves slowly and hangry parents are unpleasant. Maybe pack a picnic and just get dessert at the end of the day

😂 I never will forget my first roller coaster, too. I thought I was going to fly off-I rode with my dad and I was very small (elementary). I don’t think the lap bar was pulled down enough, so I was screaming like mad and holding on for dear life! 😂 “Thunder Road” at Carowinds in Charlotte, NC.

Would you recommend legoland tot sections for a 3 and 1 year old or peppa pig? We plan on taking them to the legoland water park one day and the second day I cant decide between legoland or peppa pig, which would you recommend for 3 and under?

We have an infant as well. And it’s been hot ( We live two hours away from PP park). I also nurse. I was wondering, how did you two manage a toddler and an infant while spending extended hours at the theme park?

At theme parks, we usually bring our double stroller. The baby naps on the top and Vivian sits in the front. Often, we will spilt them up and I will take the baby and Anthony will take Vivian on a ride. Since the baby has been born in January, it hasn’t been too hot yet, so he has enjoyed being outside walking around the parks. If it gets too hot, I will take the baby inside a store or a restaurant and let him rest.

You can still stay in the Legoland Hotels. They’re very close by. We haven’t stayed in any of the hotels in the area because we only live less than two hours away, but there’s a Quality Inn right next door that overlooks Legoland. Also, there are numerous other hotels nearby as well. You can kind of do the whole park in a morning or an afternoon depending upon the pace that you keep. Our opinion is, however, that you need to plan to move at a slower pace with little children anyway, so if you take your time, your children can enjoy it for the entire day.

The crowds will, of course, vary depending on what day and season that you visit. We didn’t not experience crowd issues while we were there, which we were concerned due to the excitement about the park being so new. Keep in mind that we are in the middle of spring break season in Florida, so that may affect your experience at any Florida attraction in March and April.

My educated guess is that you can bring food and/or you can leave and come back. The reason I say educated guess is because we didn’t do that with the Peppa Pig Park (we are prior to arrival), but we have been to Legoland numerous times and we do bring food or leave and come back there because Legoland has similar food problems. My understanding is that Merlin Parks (owner of these two parks) has contracted food service to Aramark who will begin controlling the food in the park early next year, so depending on when you’re going, you may want to stay tuned for food updates.

This is the first stand alone Peppa Pig Park. The other one is apparently a part of another themepark.

@@AikenAdventures it is a separate park too, you don t need to enter the other parks, they are all on a big land, but they are all separated , so you can buy ticket for one park only and visit only that park. So it is still separate park.

We didn’t think the park was over priced, but the food-yes. We did talk about the restaurant very briefly. We typically recommend bringing your own food. Although, I will say that it does seem as though Legoland is working on the food service. Last time we were at Legoland, the restaurants were actually operational and we didn’t have to wait in line. It’s still typical theme park food, but I’ve seen/heard rumors that they are outsourcing food service as of next year, so hopefully that will be another improvement.
