I have wanted to write this for awhile, but been watching for over a year. You have changed my whole perception of Guyana and it's people. I see so many similarities with all English speaking Caribbean countries and I feel at home watching your vlog. I'm Jamaican living in Canada and me and my partner enjoy your show so much. Your vlogs go down well with dinner, happy to see your continued success. I have always hoped Caricom really worked because we have so much more in common than we realize. I feel like apart of the family just following the stories, thank you.
It"s so true, Guyanese and Jamaican do have a lot in common. Sometimes my Jamaican friends think i can understand everything they are saying and i do for most part of it not when they speak fast. They are wonderful people. Happy New Year.God Bless, also in Canada.
Pepper pot look good .it really starting to feel like Christmas watching this video . There is no Christmas like a Guyana Christmas. I really miss this. May God bless you and your family and keep you and them safe. You and your family have a wonderful Christmas .

I am Barbadian and I love your show, you are doing a fantastic job much respect. I am planning something very similar very soon. You seem to be a genuinely nice guy and I can see where you got your inspiration from, a channel which I am also a fan DMFD.
Pork pepperpot! I don't eat pork but my wife loves it but has been running out of recipes lately. She is Filipina, doesn't want to try curried pork so just maybe she will like the pork pepperpot. Hmmm...good thing I looked at this video. But the goat pepper pot, I never thought about that. I have always used beef. 2 very delicious dishes to look forward to. Christmas is gone but I really don't care, I will cook it anyway...LOL.

I am a born Barbadian, of Guyanese parents. Father has passed, mom with dementia, but i can handle myself in the kitchen, both of them were as I would say cookers. as the only son middle child I was always in the middle of everything so that is how had a love for home cooking. so with mum out of commission for sometime I missed my pepper pot. I enjoy your shows, you crack me up with your version of pepper pot, if any mistakes in this comment is because I still laughing.
Hi beautiful family🥰 just wanted to say when I’m cooking beef or any meat that is tough, to tenderize the meat my dad taught me to add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and few ice cubes into the pot with the meat as it’s cooking and that normally do the trick for my meats. 😅take care and may God bless you both and your beautiful children🤍💞💞💞🤍 🦌🦌🦌🛷☃️🌨❄️⛄️🤶🏽🎅🏽 🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
Happy new year to you and your family. I am proud of my guyanese fishermen. May god guide and protect them on the high seas. I hope when i come home i get nice shrimp, crab and fish. I didnt get no crab the last time. Canada here.
Season greeting to you and the family and also to all the others who send gifts and donations and may God continue to bless you and the family and everyone .
Mr. Persaud. The lady of the house is doing an excellent job by steam the meat before cooking. That will get out the rank. Her way in cooking the pepperpot is the way I know how to do it.
Bhai I love your country and you are a good gentleman I wish I visit your country but very far from me I am in Balochistan keep it up bro I am your new subscriber
i have subscribed sparkle n tingz. sir i have a question. when indian cricket team comes to westindies who you support. india or westindies. do indian guyanese support indian cricket team. please reply.
As a West Indian I support West Indies team. My second team of choice is India. The people around me do the same I cannot speak for the mass Indians in the West Indies. But for those who I am in contact with we all support West Indies then India.
@@ITSOURLIFEARD since my childhood i have been hearing that indian people in westindies always support indian cricket team whenever indian team go to westindies. even ian bishop former westindies fast bowler said in one of his interview that most of the indian origin people support indian team in westindies.
hi guy, i'm from brazil and i have wife and 3 kids so we're planing to live in guyana for two years. we follow you on channel ! i have a question about public school for my kids... can you level me about it? thank you
Depending on the area in Guyana where you would be living. That would determine which Government school your children would attend. Usually the children would attend the government school closest to where they live.
Mr Persaud, why don’t you eat meat? Is that for religious purposes? You have no idea what you’re doing for the diaspora! Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏. Much appreciated.
