Goooood afternoon guys. I'm a big fan from London love watching you guys and learning how to make Trini food. I've been married to my Trinidadian husband 17 years now and his always missing home cooked food. I try my best as he moans about my indian food haha. To make the chai all you do is use 4 cloves and 5 pods of elachi and bash up the ginger. What that extra intensity add some condensed milk with normal milk. Trust me to will love me for it xxx
