well yeah they're the top D1 teams in the nation, i feel like people forget how good D1 players actually are, not saying u in specific but many ppl in general
Especially the passing and transition plays. Pure chemistry. Passing to me is the single most important thing in volleyball. Without it there is no offense.
UCLA blocking was the big determining factor in this match. Also UCLA hit 386 (and that was with K. Kobrine having the worse hitting percentage I can remember since he has been starting) and Pepperdine hit 167 for the match.
Before the season started, I thought this would be a critical match for seeding for the NCAA Tournament. I though the top three teams would be UCLA, Pepperdine and Long Beach State. Pepperdine has moments and have the talent but haven't put it together for long enough streaks to beat some teams I thought they would have been able to beat. They still have the conference tournament and if they can win it and have momentum for the NCAAs their regular season will be completely forgotten. Jasper has to cut down his errors. 11 errors is too many.
@@Irfan-sh4lc no, it's not a float if the ball doesn't float lol. the ball clearly rotates and doesn't float, so judging from his approach he was trying for a float but he messed it up. or he didn't even try, nevertheless it is not a float by any means
is it me or did it look like every single middle attack from pepperdine was a carry? like their middles looked like they were catching and throwing the ball rather than hitting it
No he's front row. The opposite hitter was lined up all the way in the corner of the court, so opposite that far back in the court = setter is front row.
