Debbie Debs I love your rendition of a peppered steak because here in Europe or even North America everyone cooks their steaks whole, were as you have shredded the meat into strips and have given it that Caribbean twist with all those different herbs and spices. Here if you went to the restaurant and bought a peppered steak it would have been seasoned with only salt and coarse black pepper. I love what you have done because it brings out all the different styles in our people's cooking whether it be Chinese or Indian

I'm not a big fan of beef, but when I do cook it, this is the way I cut the meat too and then stew it or something. Looking good!
