Here is a small video I did. She/her/girl is the Iron Man suit of Tony in Pepper head. She is on her way to leave Los Angeles for good. Tony is going through Civil War events alone realizing how much he loves her and misses her.
Here a bit more background:
Pepper decided to leave Tony before the event of Captain America Civil War because he is too much focusing on his Iron Man suit (she/her in the song). She knows that Tony loves her but she knows also that she will also be second after the suits. He loves the suit ('her' in the song) much more. Here she is in the airport, she wants to leave definitely Los Angeles, because she keeps bumping into Tony and she realized she can't live like that anymore. She had to be far from him if she wants to forget him. She is waiting to board when she starts thinking about Tony and their relationship.
Tony on his side is going through the event of Civil War alone remembering her all the time . At the end, he is half dead after his combat with Steve. And as she could feel it, Pepper decided to leave the airport at this moment realizing than even if he will always focus on his suit, she will never be his suit, because she is actually more than a suit! She can be here for him! And help him in so other way… She realizes that if she let him alone only with 'her' (the suit) he will die from it. He needs her to keep him grounded. He needs her because she is real and she can make him feel like human and not only a robot. Pepper finally realized that after living more than 12 years around him it's hard to let go! She loves him more than she hates him!
