Dinner at Per Se in New York City, Thomas Keller's East-Coast flagship. This place exudes pure luxury and finesse with a New York robustness. The service and food are top-tier among the top-tier. I had to come here for their 20th anniversary. This restaurant is my first ever Michelin experience and first ever 3-Michelin Star experience. There was a lot of nostalgia. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT PER SE FOR AN AMAZING DINNER. A special thank you to Igor for being an absolute gentleman and making this dinner even more amazing.
