fair enough I did like the water power they showd in this scene (the slo mo tho was completely unnecessary. showing the healing of it is cooler, other then that the fighting ngl is very cheesy), + the end scen with gabe but other then that I am sorry but the movie is god damn terrible

@@HanginWitLucid Sorry, but the vast majority of books are better than the best movie. And of course I'm not talking about the fact that the book, unlike the movie, develops fanatasia and helps improve expression skills.

⁠@@thomasbrodie-sangsteredits5971 If I can give credit to the movies, it’s that there’s a sense of adventure that the show (so far) has not displayed. The movies, while not being faithful, have commendable action numerous times, and they have some fantastic acting. The Lotus Casino scene in the movie was more entertaining and full of action than the one in the show, and overall it felt more pulling. The show, while being faithful to the books, suffers from feeling scripted (duh it is) in the sense that the timeline just falls into place too perfectly, a victim of its pacing. There wasn’t much chemistry between Percy and Sally, and the acting from much of the cast is a little wooden. Also, the movie Gabe is a bit more accurate to the book, imo, than show Gabe - he comes off as a true abuser in the movie compared to the annoying roommate type he appears as in the show. This is not to say the movies are better - they aren’t - but I do not look on the movies as complete abominations, since I see plenty of faults in the show.

His appearance in the FLESH had NOTHING to do with His RULE, and was only for the sake of His WORK at that time. If God's form has representative significance, all who possess facial features similar to His will also represent GOD. Isn't that a joke colossal mistake? 😪 The IMAGE was DRAWN by MAN so that man could WORSHIP Him. What in books works perfectly May Not Work in a film so they need to adapt and Tell the audiance with No knowledge of the source the essentials
