I like this. This is prett slick. I've been making my own Hi-Lo rigs with really long T-knots, but I just happen to have all of the parts needed to make one like this, including the super glue pipettes. I think I'll try making one or two and see if the fish notice a difference.

Make the rig out of say 60lb to 100lb test mono for typical freshwater fishing, then add say a 15lb short piece of mono for a tippet, or anyway, something not as strong as your line. The tippet is your break point. It will break before the rig and before the main line. Tie your hook to the tippet. If you hang up, you lose a hook and maybe 4" of the 15lb test or whatever. Waaaaaah. Tie another tippet to the rig and another hook. BTW, the glue pipette is not needed. You can use even bigger line for the rig, too. Take a piece of bicycle inner tube and fold it over the line, pinch it tight and pull the line through. Repeat as necessary to straighten the curls and kinks out of the line. I usually go catfishing with a 6 hook rig on each of four poles, and a spare rig, lots of tippet material, spare hooks. Anyway if I have six hooks and lose one, I can still keep fishing and the fish won't even notice that I am a hook short.
Looks like hi-vis monofilament, probably 20# - 30# strength. Great for video purposes or using as mainline on your reel, but I'm not sure I'd make a rig out of it so as to not spook the fish from biting.
Try using flouro leader rather than traditional mono and you will find you won't need that rubber or plastic thing on there as it is stiffer line. very little memory as well

@@user-uz6wx6kn7n Ясное дело. Можно многое что сделать, что бы поводки отодвинуть от основной лески. Тут просто тупо передана информация. И можно на МНОГО проще и быстрее это сделать.
Да взять просто флюр 0.5 или 0.6 диаметром длинной хоть пять хоть десять сантиметров,а на конце проплавить грибок, к нему более тонкий поводок привязать и более короткий, что бы до основной не достал
Is it necessary to have it hang? What if the whole Lead is stronger and just have hooks coming off of it without any extension handing on the side? I suppose it will Help avoid tangling with swivel at beginning of lead portion of line. Any thoughts?
If you are asking “why not just tie the hooks directly to the leader line”, it is at least in part due to local regulations. Here in michigan if you are fishing a Great Lakes tributary, tying the hooks directly to the main line wi th the weight at the end of the rig is illegal. But if you hang them off the main line like this (4” minimum I believe) then it becomes legal. It’s to reduce snagging of salmon using heavy drip shot rigs with treble hooks This T knot looks far superior to my dropper loops I’ve been using. Doubt I’ll use the plastic for fear of spooking weary fish, but it’s an awesome idea
