What a ripe avacado, mmm, and mine is in a bag with apples and is ripening, as soon as it becomes soft I will make sandwiches according to your recipe. 😋👩🍳👍
If I buy an unripe avocado, I have a way to make it ripe. Place it in an opaque plastic bag with an apple (preferably red), close tightly and leave in a warm (room temperature) place. Avocado becomes soft after 2-3 days. Sometimes longer. Check the softness from time to time to ensure it is not overripe. Hope it will help you 😉
