The thing is, that would actually be a challenge to Cell Metal Sonic scales ABSURDLY (both Archie and game canon) to around 2-C in modern games according to the VS Battle Wiki. Metal Overlord (who already scales to TEIR 1) with Cell's data would be MONSTROUS
