Transcarotid artery revascularization was performed with transcranial Doppler monitoring. The neuroprotective system showed perfect protection from embolization.
Objectives:
1. Demonstrate the utility of TCD during TCAR.
2. Demonstrate the efficacy of Silk Road Medical's Neuroprotective System used during TCAR.
3. Teach about important TCD monitoring principles.
