I went to tamp-a SPoT in the early 2000's and even on 411VM with them skating- but this is beyond any level i ever reached in my career and got hurt after 25 yrs disabled now cuz this. I love to watch now and wonder what would I be now after 10 years of nothing if i kept it up. dream on folkS! dont let depression or disability prevent you from chasing your dreams
on a 1 minute contest run- they were so floored they just let the kid skate until he dropped- which is the way contest should be in the first place imo
i was told this in 1999 at tampa wtaching a 5 year old do stuff i never could have dreamed of when his dad told me this on the flat- his name is Ryan Scheckler
he didn't failed, not even ONCE. the precission and dedication here is real. and because he is on another kind of frecuency, he doesnt have a rotten ego, he is pure passion and dedication. we have to learn from this kid.
this kid is a technical machine. We haven't seen this level of precision since Rodney Mullen, skates every which way possible on the board and you would never know what style the skate, every style is flawless. incredible.
Wow this kid's insane. Japan be pumping out a lot of very talented skaters recently. Yuto is one of my favorite skater these days but Gin might also join him in my top list
HOL UP- aint this a 1 min long contest? Did they just let him keep riding until he fell? either way this is amazing. He just DECIMATED every pro out there at XGames Japan by a landslide, so Id have to say this 1st place run HERE is well deserved. 5 years. Mark my words.
I remember I'm 1998, bringing my skateboard to Japan. I was considered so disrespectful even just riding as politely as possible. Amazing the skills coming from japan/Asia these days. I'm embarrassed to say I skateboarded practically, with how good these folks are.
just a reminder that tampa runs are 1 min long. Kid just kept skating, and the folks were so stoked they just said F- it... let him skate till he falls
Probably one of the most Technicaly talented of last generation, such a machine, its so clean but lack of character style that it almost seem generic-robotic. He sure will grow to beast one! 🔥
@@frostyhkd No Ive been skating over 20yrs never noticed anyone skating during someone's run, when did skating during someone's run become ok? That's crazy to me,
@@NotoriousNUGS The qualifiers in the tampa am has at least 2 skaters going at a time. I would imagine there's so many entries they have to do it that way to save time.
I’ve been balls deep into skating since 96 and this as well as the 22 x games run let me know this little Japanese phenomenon is a once in a lifetime gem.
