It’s not a crumb it’s a seasoning. No need for egg 👌 very low temp cook in melted butter. Can’t beat it.

*lose fish. Loose is what happens to your shoe laces. Tying to split rings is not the best idea.

What is the name of the fish with that red yellow horizontal line?　I have never seen it in Japan, please tell me.　 If you squeeze it while it's still alive to draw blood and then place it in ice water, it won't smell bad and will be delicious.
