Yea mona is the only one has that hitbox removal mechanics. Thats the only way to counter the 1hp ignore invincibility of raiden’s slash

Pretty sure anyone can as long as they can deal enough elemental damage during the shield part or its Beidou (Beidou have a trick to counterattack the 1 hit KO move and use the counterattack to turn on the shield)

Actually it's not the char, but the player that perfected the dodging by 58th takes. Mona's power level only affects the time needed to finish the fight
