maxusrcmdprocessticks was removed on the server to allow me to test instant shots between all weapons, this was mainly done to test the accuracy of double tap over long ranges where simulation is required.
This was tested on an american dedicated server with 120 ping, expected accuracy off by 1/-1 due to clock correction but thats about it.
It should also be noted that sv_maxusrcmdprocessticks_holdaim was set to 1 in this testing
