You continue to inspire me with new ideas for my NuCanoe Frontier. Perhaps some day I will live on the coast of Florida or Georgia, but for now I love fishing the rivers and lakes around South Georgia and a kayak is so very convenient to launch and get into places that so many of the big boats will not.

I've just bought my 1 st kayak and am still working on all the accessories on it before going for my maiden kayak fishing voyage. Now, it's the what... padding board?! Most people think that because I don't believe in global warming that means I think littering is okay. It bother the heck out of me when I see trash in our beautiful lakes and streams. It ruins the view and it can damage the animal population.

Hey man great vid, but when holding a SUP paddle you want the slope of the blade to go away from you. It creates more downward pressure on the water, and helps you glide along smoother.

Thanks for the vids zoffinger. I decided to drive down from Colorado and try it myself. I camped a fort desoto a couple weeks ago and caught some nice fish on your spooks. Then i went down to the keys for a week. I'm back in st pete and will fish around ft desoto through thursday night. Still need to catch a snook.

Hey Zoffinger this is a comment of your overall channel. it has inspired to try kayak fishing, I borrowed a family friends kayak and went on the lake. It was really something different, you can get close to things without scarring them away. Like ducks, loons, turtles and other animals that would be scarred by a boat motor. You inspired to try something else and I really enjoyed it, you make great videos.

This rigging is exactly what I need as I am a retired FBI and have pretty bad knees and squatting down into a kyak would be hard but this sitting position would be great for me. Thanks for the ideas and your conservation ethics as all fisherman should adopt. I will be looking into one of these boards and outfitting as well...Thanks again and Tight Lines!!

you always inspire me to do something to my kayak I got a free emotion Budweiser sit in kayak so I ain't complaining I just don't like the fact there isn't much room and I made rod holders out of PVC pipe I drilled holes and plastic welded them in place seems to do the job havnt flipped it yet caught plenty of bass and trout from it so far
That is a cool setup man, I had toyed with the idea of fishing from a SUP myself. I still love my predator and can stand up in it no problem but your set up seems to offer more outright comfort. Keep up the good work brother..
Really like this video! I never thought of an SUP as a fishing platform but it looks like it might be better than a kayak in some ways. Definately easier to take on the big boat too.

Hey Zoff, its so cool to see that your getting into paddle boarding! I look forward to more videos on it! Just a helpful hint though, it looks like sometimes you're using the paddle backwards. Hopefully 20 other people haven't already told you that. lol
You may be starting a new trend! When I was younger we made a stand up "something" out of a piece of plywood lashed to two inner tubes. This was our fishing "yacht" With all the weird diseases out there, you should wear gloves when you pick up the trash. Much safer!
