It’s ‘mupa ramyun’ I’ve done many times on TV shows.
The most important thing is to stir-fry salted shrimp and minced garlic in perilla oil before adding the radish!

Mupa (radish & green onion) ramyun
[Ingredients]
200g radish
2/3 tbsp (14g) salted shrimp
2 tbsp (14g) perilla oil
1/2 tbsp (10g) minced garlic
3 cups (550ml) purified water
1/2 stalks (50g) green onion
2 (20g) Cheongyang peppers
[Directions]
1. Julienne the radish 0.5 cm thick.
2. Finely chop the Cheongyang peppers and green onion 0.3 cm thick.
3. Stir-fry the salted shrimp in perilla oil over medium heat.
4. Once the salted shrimp has been fried, add the radish and stir-fry.
5. Once water starts to come out of the radish, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until the radish softens.
6. When the radish has softened, put over high heat, and add water, solid seasoning, and powder seasoning.
7. When the water starts boiling, add the ramyun noodles and take them apart.
8. Once the noodles have loosened, add the Cheongyang peppers and continue cooking for 1 minute.
9. Add the green onion about 10 second before ramyun is done.
