if this is your first drone i would recommend getting a better pair of goggles, the goggles that come with it are not the best and you will find that you will grow out of them and want a better pair only after a week or so

@@birdsarecool7490 no it will take about four weeks and i was telling Just that i bought a betfpv 100hx toothpick but i have it in whoop mode but the guy stung me with bogey batteries that wouldn't work, and now in this lockdown in Ireland i cant get any batteries because theres only one shop & its to far away ive bought everything else alls i need is batteries whoop batteries xt30 ones but the shop wont post them which i think is stupid but an post the Irish postal service won't let them, im going mad just to get in to the hobbie yeh know! Many thanks for the video. You do a great job man. You sold me on this Eachine bundle a fortnight ago 👍I ordered on banggood and (kinda to my surprise) was delivered as estimated and without any hassle. I'm back watching because I've realised my charger doesn't work with DC (maybe UK prob, but I have variable DC on iso bricks so maybe just a dud unit, but no biggie, the bundle is a bargain, really good case too) So I'm back to get more info on batteries etc. I'm new to drone stuff. I just got a mini 2 a few wks ago, been watching stuff on here, FPV came up, one thing led to the other, led to your video...sold!! I was out in the fields today giving it a proper go. Gettin to grips with it all; I didn't manage much flight time with goggles...and erm.. I've rattled it off my lawn a few times, took over into the sodden fields today and a few thuds into into the grass..wiped off some clay...and the little beauty still works. Loving it!! I'm hooked!Cheers 👍😁😁😁

Thanks for the detailed review! Since i am an absolute beginner with fpv (only DJI camera drones so far) and thinking of getting this kit i don't understand the charging part completely. do i need an extra power supply or an extra battery to charge the lipos with the charging port? so i can't charge them with the equipment out of the box?

It doesn't come with the psu but it comes with the charger. I used an old router psu with mine.

Thanks to Justin I'm putting an addition onto my house just for the quads I want lmao.....quads are just like potato chips....you can't have just one!!!!! And he makes that saying more truthful than ever!!!!! Content and reviews are ALWAYS ON POINT👍 and he couldn't be more truthful when saying FPV WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!!! for the better!!!!!! I got one of these about 4 days ago, flying 9 packs/lipo's a day, one came with an initial charge of 0.4 V and immediately swelled up when put on the charger. Coming from RC planes way back this is a serious change. >>Initial impressions ... Nice drone. Very maneuverable, did a reverse flip without even trying first flight out (total accident). Wire wrap the power cables and antenna to the frame. Start by flying it without the goggles. Tune the throttle curve down in the FlySky or BetaFlight. Tune the Roll and Pitch down in the FlySky or BetaFlight (have not figured out how to do this yet on the FlySky , think it might be dual rate). In RX setup/RX battery turn the alarm to External sensor, it will drive you nuts having the FlySky beeping at you. Learn to hover. Start with two batteries mounted with only 1 hooked up, this way they do not slide around.

Mine just arrived yesterday! I was really surprised at it all. The drone is tiny, and really fast!! The goggles are tiny, but very usable. It is great!! I do recommend better goggles however. They are too small for adults.

The barrel jack power input on the charger is not AC it's also DC. A power brick will do the AC to DC conversion and it doesn't matter if it outputs via a barrel jack or an XT60 (yes there are power bricks with XT60 connector, but not as common). That's just a different kind of plug. A barrel jack however is not capable to handle too much amps, so you generally want higher voltage when using a power brick with a barrel jack, as long as it does not exceed the max voltage of the charger.

i got the frsky version and i recommend getting a better pair of goggles as soon as you get it the eachine goggles it comes with are unusable but it is a solid drone and i would heavily recommend it just for the drone. and make sure after every few flights your making sure your antenna is still pushed down, i lost mine after 5 flights

I have a pair of FatShark dominators that never get used. I can plug them into my Phantom 4 pro via hdmi but rarely ever do that. I actually put an EMAX tiny hawk 2 and a radiomaster transmitter in my cart about 4 hours ago before I discovered your video for this... I’ve never flown fpv and was looking for something that I could fly indoors and use my fatSharks with and also start simulation flight... This looks like a much better option wouldn’t you say? I won’t be needing the headset, but even so, this looks like the better deal... I was sold on the tiny hawk 2 after your fly through the van video...

I just got a GepRC TinyGO and man it’s freaking not easy to fly if not familiar with fpv at all! Should it be this hard to fly even if flying other drones for 5 years? Ugh big learning curve it seems.

I ordered this November 9th as my first FVP drone. It arrived today! I had stuff to work on after work though. I charged 6 of the batteries. I tried setting it up this evening. The drone will do nothing on one battery. I have to connect two batteries for the drone to start up. I flew it around in front of me for a few minutes. I don't have the control to wear the headset and fly it FPV. I was hoping for slower and more control 1s. I am curious if this has worked for others with ony one battery? I did already have a problem where I pulled one of the leads from the plug on the drone side. I carefully re-inserted it. I hope I can get it to fly 1s.

Hello, I don’t know if your still wondering but in the spare prop bag you get, look for a little black corded loop that you attach to one of the connectors then slide the other battery cord through and you can fly 1s 👍

I wish they would sell just the drone by itself. I have one and it just fell right after takeoff and no idea why. Sometimes I can barely plug the battery in and it will light up and do the dididi sounds but plug it all the way in and nothing, no LEDs or sounds. Very weird. I've changed plugs with no effect. I really liked the LEDs on this too and flew pretty good too

ValeninFPV I already have a pair of fatShark dominators. I don’t have a transmitter though... I only flew DJI drones up until this point. I was going to buy a radiomaster tx and a tiny hawk 2 just now, but then I watched this video. Do you think I would be better off buying this combo instead?

ValeninFPV thank you for your reply! Yes, I do need help... No, I don’t have DJI goggles, I have FatShark dominators that are stock with no receiver or antennas or anything. I was able to use them like that because the cord plugs into my DJI transmitter on my Phantom 4pro. But anyway, for now, I’m just looking for a (cheap)drone that can be flown indoors and or maybe outdoors and a transmitter that will serve as a flight simulator but also will allow me to bind to more advanced FPV Drones later on in the future. I’m only trying to spend about $200-$250 at the most at this time. Thanks for your input!!

Also, my FatSharks are not accessorized at all! Do you have any recommendations as far as antennas or receivers? I’m really not familiar with setting up headset either... ValeninFPV ok great! That helps a lot! There is a radiomaster tx16s standard gimbal radio on eBay right now for $110.. Thinking about buying it.... What simulator program do you recommend if any? One other thing that came to mind that I think I should probably mention is that in the future , I think I will be more interested in flying cinewhoops more so than Racing quads .. Thanka again!

the novice ll will take wind alot better than the tinyhawk ll but the tinyhawk ll is one of the best first drones, i have dropped it out of the sky 100ft onto the road with no damage

Nice the upgraded to a real controller. Chose this over the FS101, emax, and beta kits because I'd rather they cheap out on the goggles than the transmitter or the quad, as long as they're useable. At least you can still give them to a passenger or use them as a monitor when you upgrade, not just throw them in the trash right away like those cheap toy controllers.

Hey brother thank you first of all for putting yourself out there and taking the time to do these videos but I’ve been a DJI pilot for as long as DJ has been around and I have everything from inspired 2 two DJI mini drone and the DJI pro but I feel that in order to become a real hard-core pilot you have to learn how to fly in FPV and I really like everything I have seen on RU-vid and I really want to get into FPV DRONES, So my question is what do you recommend for a beginner? Also as a beginner should I buy with or without goggles? Should I buy one that’s ready to fly or should I start with building one? I understand that I’m going to crash and burn crash and burn crash and burn and there’s gonna be a lot of things that I might need to replace so what is your recommendation for a beginner because I want to know if this is for me or not and I don’t want to spend so much money and then realize that I don’t really like this and now I’m stuck with a 200 or three or $500 product... so if you could please tell me what would be your suggestion for a beginner I would greatly appreciate it I’m out in Brooklyn New York but there’s plenty of places that I can drive to with open land open space unfortunately I have to drive really far to get to a place that’s open with grass because everything else is concrete and I saw a video that you promote it that if a beginners going to try to fly this concrete would be the worst part to start it. So if you could please help me out I would greatly appreciate it and just put me in the right direction thank you again

Has anyone got this and a few months later realised that 2s just isn't enough? I am thinking about getting the novice 3 because of the 3s capability even though the radio transmitter is worse.

You my friend deserve a SUB. Im just thinking of buying this drone (but with 8 battery pack) for about 150$ in conversion from my currency. I have a 2 question. Can i attach to this drone a RunCam 2 and take some good footage? Of course after learning how to fly this :D. And second can it be upgraded when i want to change something, like better camera, better chips?

I think I will buy this kit to start FPV, what gives me doubt is if I can charge six batteries at the same time in that charger and if I want to improve the antennas, should I buy an antenna that is the same? for example SMA with SMA. Greetings from Puerto Rico

You might have mentioned it in the video and I just missed it, but what's the max range of the quad? I live in a sparsely populated area with a lot of open space, so it'd be nice to know how far away from you the thing can go without losing connection.

Is there a way to convert the transmitter to a lipo or something? That's about the only thing stopping me from buying this kit right now 😂. Also does it come with the necessary cable to connect the transmitter to a sim?
