What a good idea to tone down the onion! That is often a problem with my recipes that have raw red onion. Thank you! And delicious salad...yum!

This looks delicious! Always got the feta crumbles but cutting a feta block into slices is better because the crumbles tend to "melt" into the olive oil. I find green peppers a little bitter so I substitute yellow, orange, or red sweet peppers. Love how you season the salad.
