I must say u are awesome u do bring better concept and this video is amazing , l am Riya here l know l am lazy l wake up late nor l am carefull nor neat and clean , l don't take care of myself mentally or physically but still.. l am good at studies, u came up with scientifically concept but genuinely ur physically work always can't determine your future

I am taking the following challenges :- 1. Dropping off the phone😌 2. 20x20x20 Rules (i like this idea) 3. Taking care of Nutrition👍 (yes, i can do this) 4. Mobility (i will not start proper exercise but i will do some meditation and stretching) 5. Breathing pratice 6. Taking sunlight (I do this sometimes, not everyday😅) 7. Hydrate (I drink 3/4 glass of water every day but, i will increase the quantity😀) I will try my best, thank you mam😇
