I would recommend cutting the length first then fold the tulle, matching the edges as best you can then measure the 4 inches and cut. Much easier to keep it more straight.

Would I be able to do 3 inch wide by 23 instead of 4 inches for these bows? I cut my tulle 3 inches wide to make scrunchie headbands but don't like the look...

Yes that’s would fine! You could just fold it smaller so it’s not as tall to make up for the width, if that makes sense? 💕

Hi. This tulle is a polyester tulle, maybe yours is nylon which is softer? I have linked the tulle in the description under the video 😊

I show lining the clip in this one…ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zPwVrqiOO4c.html. Yes you could add a nylon headband, just wrap the centre of the bow around the band, then I like to cover with a small piece of soft felt on the underside to keep it soft on baby’s head
