I was thinking of doing something similar with a round cookie cutter. Want to deep fry or bake. Wondering if I can bake them with the cookie cutter and let them expand, creating more of a stack of chips, gooey and sticky in the middle, crispy on the outside.
Can I bake it with an air fryer instead? Since it's basically a convection oven. Also, would love to get the ratios of the ingredients used in the video. Thanks!
