i was reading an article about this on thegamer and i was like hey i met that guy before at church! good job on this bro! i just stand by the healing drums and use restorative rhythm when everyone gets downed, its cheap but it turns the game into easy mode lol
@@joeyAdominguez FBCV! at the talent show! just copy and paste this - Ghost Of Tsushima Player Becomes First In The World To Beat The Game's Hardest Challenge Solo. i dont think i can comment the article link
Congratulationson that run!!! Now, please show us some other classes on your cousins PS4 that still has the 25 round survival!!! I would love to see the Sin or Sammy murder 25 waves straight up!!! Thx for all the great content!
It was my brother's ps4, but close enough 😅 sammy doesn't have concussion bombs. Poison darts also don't deal any damage on 25 waves. I could try, but it'll be slow
I explained this in another comment, I'll just copy and paste what I said from there to here If barrels explode, enemies from far away tend to aggro towards the sound therefore killing the run. Example, if I have a barrel for first spawn at Camp and I use it kill the spawn faster. However, as I explode the barrel let's say 2nd spawn is at Mine. Not all enemies at Mine won't stay in the circle, but instead some of them will leave the zone and investigate the barrel explosion coming from Camp. Same scenario 3rd spawn is at Outpost, I'm trying to clear Mine, but can't find the rest of the enemies in time, and Outpost eventually will get taken just because some enemies are too difficult to find Also barrels are a terrible combo with aim assist. The aim assist prioritizes traps over enemies 80% of the time if it's in the line of sight
For me, the next level is not to do it faster, but without moon master cancel and Iyo’s eye de-rooting. - (It feels little bit “not intended”/overpowered...) And I actually think it’s doable! 😀
I mean, by that logic, one could argue reload cancel shouldn't be used either. No reload cancel, this becomes impossible due to DPS limitations. In the time it would take to normally draw the bow, you'd die 5 times over. So even if he doesn't use MMC and Iyo glitch, he'd still be reload cancelling and thereby "playing the game differently than intended." I'm not a big cancel person either, but this is an indisputable win that just isn't feasible without using cancels in some capacity. Gotta give credit where it's due lol.
@@Hwa_Rang_Gaming I totally agree with you on that reload cancel logic... And it wasn’t about not giving credit or wanting to invalidate the achievement in any way. - It is more about that my next in-awe-moment from watching a survival is not going to come from doing it even faster with the same method. Actually, I’m not a big speed running fan. And custom mode was the first mode in Legends where speed did not matter at all to get to the holy grail. And I liked it! Turning it again into a speed thing like everything else is not appealing to me. Me not gaming with MMC (but I do reload cancel) plays probably a role in my “feeling” here. Further: I think in wave 13 or 14 Joey plays an example on how to prep the next wave without MMC (by timing the killing of the final enemy right at the spawn of a fresh disciple). So I’m even totally convinced he could pull it off. And the title would look great as well “Worlds first perfect custom survival solo w/o MMC!” ;-)
@@bobmcbyte2208 I completely get where you're coming from now. You're right, that title would be awesome. One no MMC run would be amazing to see since I don't use it either, but at this point Joey has pretty much done everything. It'll be interesting to see where he takes things next. He could retire tomorrow, and his legacy would still be undisputed at this point lol. Who knows, maybe next we'll get an Assassin solo HH as well, unless someone like Little Chunky beats him to it
I technically don't need lists for shadows and BitS. They're easy enough because the maps are pretty small. I'll need the order for every other map though 😅
I guess because the autoaim catches on to them instead of enemy far and close and annoys most bow / blowgun users. Off course Joey is in his own league 😁 he doens't need the barrely like us normal mortals.
If a barrel explodes, 90% chance a different spawn point will investigate the explosion and would kill the run. For example, a barrel explodes from Camp while there are enemies at Mine. Some of those enemies at Mine will leave the point to investigate that barrel explosion and I won't see where they're at when trying to clear Mine as fast as possible
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tbWcv1SWUYM.html I just copy AfunNightmare's speedrunning samurai build. The samurai is the best class to speedrun with for nightmare survival

I'm saying he's awesome lol. And that he literally came back to beat his own time in style. That, and with a chef's kiss level of bossness. I thought y'all were joking at first, but I'm hoping what I said makes sense now. If not, I'm not sure what to tell ya. Either way, I'm definitely complimenting Joey's handiwork 👍🏽
