They get the exploits from Alizer and Gx gamer's channels, most likely, due to being a user of their exploits, and yes, the exploit can do that.

His happened to me once I was in reactor and then pink came out of a vent then he got killed and I said pink vented but everyone said it was me because pink was dead and I was so confused

Nah that wouldnt work. Last night i got voted out for doing sample at medbay and they bar didnt go up so they accused me of faking a task. I had just started them. The person who accused me had never played the map before. But even after i explained it everyone,they still voted me. Even white who backed me up. Like they voted after it was confirmed i did not fake it. Alot of the people who play this game are 0 iq.
