Left to right motion is the Brunswick Endeavor. I threw it at a demo and 9 pinned standing in front of the ball with the breakpoint at the 3 board. Front to back its the Gem Solid
The most hooking ball I have ever used, as in the earliest and strongest read of the lane front to back, not the most angular, is the Visionary Midnight Scorcher Particle Urethane. Comes out of box at 320 dry sand. Will walk through any volume of oil and is unaffected by carrydown. I show it in action on my channel in videos #53 and #80.
Hammer RIP’D pearl, I have mine sanded to 2k. The ball needs so much more oil than we have around town. My widow 2.0 hybrid is a close second. Much more controllable ball for me, 2 handed.
The covers just keep getting stronger and stronger so even "mid" balls like the Track Cypher really hook. I can barely keep it on the right side of the lane unless I am bowling a long pattern.
Most hooking ball for me was the Roto Grip Cell Fusion. First started playing when I was 8yrs and stopped playing when I was 15, and now I'm coming back to it
It's close between my Reality Check or High Speed. My RC layout is strong and it flares a LOT. High Speed also strong layout; doesn't hook too early but HK22 makes it fly off the back ends.
Most hooking ball I've ever thrown? I try to stay away from the biggest hooking stuff, but i remember throwing somebody's Magic Gem and being blown away by how aggressive it was. Honorable Mention: Harsh Reality OOB
Eternity. Just getting back into bowling after 17 years. Before that, I had the Ultimate Inferno. What I would do to get one of those back. That or the Zone Classic. That was my 2 ball arsenal back in the day.
Lately, my biggest hooking ball has to be my RotoGrip Duo. It's the only ball I trust throwing from the far corner to the gutter and have it get back to pocket with enough power to clear the deck. I can probably make most ball hook the lane with hand position and speed control. Good stuff Jimoo!!! ❤️ 🎳
