In June last year I received a lovely message from a bride-to-be named Eva asking if it might be possible to add a violin part to my solo piano Wedding Version of 'Perfect'. Eva plays violin and her fiance plays piano and they had the beautiful idea that they could play a duet together at their wedding to surprise their guests! One of the first things they would do as husband and wife would be to play music together. ❤️ ♫ ❤️
I loved this idea so much that I couldn't resist creating this new version for them. I sent the notes to them last October so that they could secretly start to practice together but I promised not to release it on RU-vid before their wedding as I didn't want to ruin their wonderful surprise.
Well.. today is their wedding day.. and I'm so happy to share this with you all and to dedicate it to Eva & Dion and wish them every happiness together! May their home be filled with joy and music!
They will already be married.. they will have already played it.. I can't wait to find out how it went ❤️
I cannot thank my amazing friend Neela enough for her beauty-full playing.. it's always such an honour to make music with her. The way she makes the violin sing and soar with such grace.. ah I love it! Feels like flying to play with her. Thank you Neela!! ❤️

I love this wedding version and the original its perfect for a wedding im still 11-15 years old I dont know why but I cry listening to this song knowing when i get older with a family,loved one,kids,watching my kid grow up,trying to be a good parent and how much there is ahead of me Its sad knowing I cant be a happy child forever but it feels so good knowing theres a loved one out there for me and how much will happen in my future all my pains as a child now would be done. New friends that arent toxic (Cuz im moving to LA some day.) its sad knowing i will also lose my best good friends too but thinking how much there is ahead of me makes me happy and sad.

"Perfect" speaks to us, as we met in 5th grade as children and didn't see each other again for 15 years, and then reunited! However, we always wanted a more understated version of it. Canon in D has always been my favorite "wedding" song, so this combination was just genius and gorgeous. Is there a proper way to purchase/download a high quality audio file of this for use at our ceremony? I don't believe this one is on your Spotify profile. Thank you so much for your help!
