When thinking of pantry stocking, spices and blends are often overlooked. Today I am going to take you along as I make DIY big batch spice blends, sauerkraut, and how use Azure Standard bulk cheese in my long-term storage.
These simple blends are super easy and delicious! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

DIY Powdered Ranch, use within 6 months for best freshness
1/2 c buttermilk powder
2T parsley
1 tsp dill
1T onion powder
2 tsp onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp chives
2T replaces one packed of powdered Ranch
Dressing: 3T seasoning
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup soup cream
1/2 to 3/4 milk (thin to preferred thickness)
Refrigerate approx 30 min before serving for the best texture
Dip: 2T mix
1/2 c mayo,
1/2 c sour cream
and milk to desired thinness.
DIY Chili Seasoning:
3/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup cumin
1T cayenne
1T garlic
2T onion
1/4 c salt
1T pepper
DIY Taco Seasoning:
1/4 c chili powder
2.5 T cumin
1T smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp onion
2 tsp oregano
