Their burnt ends really are THE BEST I've ever had, and I've eaten so much BBQ in my life - I smoke a lot of meat myself, and no matter what I do, I can't get a brisket to taste like theirs.

The Thermapen is a pretty awesome tool, a quick read and dependably accurate. I am very pleased with my "smoke" Remote BBQ Alarm also. These two tools have allowed me to consistently produce great meals, and ride herd on safe temperatures be they hot or cold. Customer service is prompt and professional.
