@@goodvibespattaya2423 In a prime beach spot like Venice or Santa Monica it would rent for at least $2000+ likely more depending how far from beach. A friend has a beachfront condo in prime Santa Monica spot, I think his is around double the square footage of this one and his unit rents for over $5000 I believe. Outside of beach areas probably rents for 40-50% discount
Build it and they will come... Wallet in hand. Hotel developer might need to put some incentives to hook the high roller like a 5 year elite visa or free motor bike.
Studio size good size and a good length back from the TV yes as all the others you would go blind from being so close depends on size of course looking good still not bad jason.
Really tastefully furnished/decorated these ones Jason with good facilities, isn't pratunak on a hill so the rainy season doesn't affect the underfloor car parking? , just checked on the 16000 thai baht to English and it came out at £342.93, not too bad for a months rent for Del Mare, ( bank holiday Monday so catching up on your video's mate 😂) , personally i would prefer a bit more space for an older building, still very nice though 👍👍🍻🍻
Thanks mate, yep Pratumnak is on a hill except down by the sea of course, Manu and I videoed a property the other week on the hill and heaps of water got into the carpark and staff were busy trying to get rid of it and then on the way to Jomtien we encountered a flooded beach road but got through okay in the Mazda 👍👍 Enjoy the day off mate 🍺🍺🍺
Yes when you look at the price per sqm it’s definitely up there and inline with the Arom developments and others, definitely up there compared to many others featured on the channel but as you know, I just show everything that I’m presented with, more affordable options and other content including cars, bikes & lifestyle coming. Folks, you might as well splurge and buy/rent one of these... because you're life is going to be significantly cut short by breathing in all of that soot. To be fair, Thailand's neighboring countries are providing 90% of the fires/smoke, judging by the NASA fires map. Jason/Manu, I hope you at least have a few air purifiers where you reside.
The layout of the 2 bed is ridiculous! What an absolute waste of space! and to recommend to ‘rip out’ and alter you obviously see the faults in a brand new build! I saw this coming up during C19 and thought great location but they have failed tbh.
Studio for $111k you must be joking - do me a favour. Seen plenty for half that. Fleecing price for the studio. Doesn't matter where in the world you are when a view can be obstructed by future building DON"T BUT IT. I had an 11th floor condo in 12 story building great downtown city views in Denver could see stadium the Rockies et al. Problem the parking lot across the road - view was short lived. All were pricey IMO.
I went to look at these condos for a friend...overpriced ,average quality for a new project, small condos more suited to daily rentals,the new Glory condo will block a lot of the sea views..but a great location
With all do respect , all of those condo's are WAY WAY OVER PRICED !!!!!! These developers see all these video's on Thailand and with a number of foreigners/expats moving there and they price these units at insanely high prices. These should be no more then 40,000 to 55,000 USD PERIOD !!!!! All units no matter how nice or how many ameneties it has should be no more than $100.00 to $125..00 USD a sqaure foot per unit. Therefore that 1st unit at 31sqm/333 sq. ft would be only $41,625 @ $125.00 sq. ft. So if you pay more than that , then you're an idiot. As thery say , there's a sucker born everyday... I'll just continue to look at rentals.....
So, location, type of fittings, appliances, furniture quality, amenities have nothing to do with it? I'm not sure where you get off when you make such broad statements and call other's idiots!
Wow, very overpriced. Can Manu try to find us good deals please? A costly condo can still be a good deal, but these just seem to be trying to price gauge foreigners.
