I did this process several times as written in the Inner Engineering book, it made my home feel like it was a luxury home, the vibe change completely, I slept soo well the days after the process
@@KarthikRaj-cs5lu u can do any one , both works and both r fine . The one in video involves little more arrangements and space than the one in the book . Acc. To me u should do this one in the video.

These are all basic things we do but left in between 1 generation completely avoided regular rituals now we need sadguru to train us.. anyway wt we can offer his work his love for us🙏🏻
ok, firstly, i confess, that i was so doubtful about this, even tho i've been with Sadhguru for the past decade, but lately I've been extremely lethargic, getting out of bed is so difficult and then doing my practices is like moving mountains, i did this last night, it took quite a qhile to set up. but IT WORKED!! I was able to sit effortlessly and meditate, the space was vibrant! today morning i woke up effortlessly and excitedly! its a miracle! i lit the lamps this morning too, it really was very nice and totally recommended!
I just now remember this, I've seen my grandmothers did this when I was young. 😢 I missed my older deceased generation. Thank you Satguru for beautiful memories of my ancestors.❤

Can we do this in our hallroom of our house? Do we need to do it daily? And for many days should we do this? Can we light it during Brahma muhurtam time? What if we cannot keep it for 6 hours? Can we keep it for 4-5 hours? Please clarify. Thanks 🙏
