i had one fitted to my bike, had shop fit it, what size allen key do i need. to remove cover to clean the filtter.

They should be 3/16", but we recommend you have a full set of allen keys in imperial sizes anyway just to be sure. -DrewZilla

Is this filter a dry filter or do I need to oil it

It's an oiled filter medium, so you'll need to re-oil it after each cleaning interval. -DrewZilla
