Over 1800 aspiring musicians participated in workshops and masterclasses as part of The International Jazz Day Education program at the Sydney Opera House.
The Sydney Conservatorium’s Sound Circle Ensemble will present a demonstration and discussion of their unique process for improvising musical interpretations of the Aboriginal languages of Sydney and Southern Sydney. The session will be led by acclaimed didgeridoo player, singer, and composer Matthew Doyle along with Conservatorium faculty members Kevin Hunt and James Greening.
